Something like that wouldn't be terrible.

If I were in Utah, SLC would not be my choice. The weird liquor laws are probably state-wide, but religiousness seems to lessen as you get out of SLC. Lots of decent little cities around it that fit Max’s 1-hr to a major airport req. Provo area (Orem, American fork, Spanish fork, etc.) is decent. Might be outside the 1-hr mark, but Logan seemed nice when I used to visit there as well.
St. George is pretty cool, close to Zion and tons of nature shit. Las Vegas is only two hours away with flights everywhere, easy road trips to other cool parks and things, few hours from SLC. It’s pretty small though.SAWCE wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2024 8:23 pmIf I were in Utah, SLC would not be my choice. if I could do SLC either, it’s a weird vibe and really cold.

Yeah I like St. George, it didn’t list it because of the further distance to airports. If you can enjoy desert scenery, it’s beautiful there.D Griff wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2024 9:29 pmSt. George is pretty cool, close to Zion and tons of nature shit. Properly tetris'ed without a stroller which makes shopping trips :digust:
Extra points if you can tell which mini this is.
I figured I’d post an update here.
It has been a bit over 3 months and 3500 miles and I have exceeded the miles in the current IX over what I did in the service loaners and lemons I have had prior.
Positives.
1. The car is still great and I love it. The tech in it is simply astounding. I haven't used a key, or seen a gas station in months.
2. No real issues to report other than a ghost error which didn't come back about the emergency communication ... I am thinking it lost satellite reception for some unknown reason.
3. I do like the distinctive styling and color, I haven't lost it in a parking lot and I actually think it looks good for what it is. Yes kill me. I do. For an SUV designed for space and passenger comfort there are only a hand full that are better looking. Such as LR products and a G wagon. That's it IMO.
4. It is one of the most relaxing vehicles to drive period.
Negatives.
1. I don't think the tires will last more than 15k miles
2. The ride quality can be FIRM and BOUNCY over consecutive uneven pavement events.
3. The trunk is too small for real baby duty and compared to the size of the car.
4. The lights in low beam mode could be slightly better

Finally dug up the pic... this was deemed unacceptable so now I am leaving my emergency kit at home as well as the stroller when I go shopping. I was just trying to demonstrate how much space that damn stroller takes up.

Yea it was a month worth of toilet paper + 3 months worth of paper towels + all that costco oversized BS. I normally don't GAF either. But not stacking doesn't make shit fit because the trunk is relatively small for what it is...
