It's a super fun combo of parts and I'm sure I'll end up building another one in a few years. I figure I'll see if anyone is interested in buying the whole thing at a discount before I part it all out.
$500 cash. Located in middle of nowhere Corning, NY but I am driving from there to metro Detroit this Wednesday and can meet someone along the way - with perhaps a reasonable detour.
"Custom" cockpit consists of mostly 2x4's and screws plus an ebay "JDM Racing yo!" reclining seat mounted on sliders. I have legs for it to bring it off the ground so you can get in and out easier and store your PC underneath, but it's much easier to transport without them. Overall dimensions are 66x26x42" LxWxH.
other parts include:
Thrustmaster TX wheel base
3D printer adapter to run regular automotive wheels
ebay 330mm steering wheel
original Thrustmaster Leather Edition wheel with paddles and buttons is included, brand new never used

Fanatec Clubsport shifter SQ v1.5 with standalone USB adapter
ebay shift boot and knob added to make it look/feel better

I'll probably end up throwing it in the trash, that's been the case with a lot of shit this year.Big Brain Bradley wrote:it's not a bad deal for the hardware, but holy hell it's not very attractive

everything else save for the seat is easy to store if you think you will remake it one day. :ino:troyguitar wrote: ↑Mon Nov 25, 2019 3:01 pmI'll probably end up throwing it in the trash, that's been the case with a lot of shit this year.Big Brain Bradley wrote:it's not a bad deal for the hardware, but holy hell it's not very attractive

I mean the wood and the seat. Everything else will go on ebay. It'll all be obsolete by the time I can build a new rig.
