So.... it’s Thursday... i texted the dealer since they were “closed due to hurricane” yesterday.
The hurricane looks to have missed Jacksonville all together.
Still have no title or update as to when I’ll be getting it.
I didn’t go to my dmv appointment since I have no update on the paperwork that is still incomplete.

You've been on point with new DFDMojis lately.

update
At this point I can just laugh...
I am in between the Sales person who doesn't know anything: Caila
Finance Manager who basically stopped responding to me because... . not his problem
And title person who seems to not give a fuck when things are done... since she is a 3rd party Mary.
And who just wants the title. I guess I'll wait until friday...and the possibly Monday as to what will happen next. everyone now knows me by name.
I have no idea how to rate this transaction. Car is great and it came on time. But this is next level
Dmv just opened today and they are swamped due to being closed because of the hurricane. And we may be using an electronic title, I am still waiting on some things from the Dealership and then I will follow up with you Tomorrow...

Looks awesome man. I really like the thread title. There is a bit of a circus element to the interior design.max225 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 01, 2019 12:07 pm Car is essentially 95% factory fresh. Interior is 100% perfect, exterior has 2 small dings, and I removed a surface scratch with McGuire’s.
The main issue is the stripes, they have some etching from what looks like dirt and bird poo. Not a big deal
I am quite happy with the condition, sight unseen 2500 miles away etc.
It’s everything I had hoped for and then some. Color/option combo is likely going to be one of a kind or close to it. These things are super hard to find as such.
I am when I can post driving impressions as I can’t legally drive it. I didn’t get temp tags or anything.
The previous owner was named Jonathan, and under him the car averaged 31.7 mpg
I took it for a 2 mile spin to make sure everything works and it does. Nothing broken, no rattles or squeaks etc

Had an epic commute through traffic... I can actually beat the epa ratings in this car I couldn’t come close in the tdi. Still I’m expecting to be below 30mpg average, which isn’t great considering I averaged 24/5 in the 335i which weighed 800lbs more and had 2 extra cylinders

Another top tip. McGuiare’s ultimate compound or whatever actually cleaned up my vinyl stripes which were etched to shit with hard water and a few other bird poop ? Stains.
They are now 90% as good as new. Nearly free repairs are the best.
