Long time, no see. Well...cause its a forum
Zillow, how long of a loan could you give me? Cause I think SixSpeeder has a good point.
Sawce. I don't think so. The World of VAG chewed him up and spit him out (see movie title "Teeth"). He still has his MK6 with big turbo and Cobb I believe. He's bounced around a lot from APR K04 to Frankenturbo now to BT.

Same ole same ole. I still get reported post notifications in my email. Unitronic not liking something APR is doing or vice versa.
Such a political game to them. Those people seek out to ruin lives, I swear.
Also, I'm going to sell mah current truk.
2000 Dodge Dakota, 4.7L Manual, quad cab.
$7,500, or as is, it needs a days work, for $7,000.

I drive a 2006 Toyota Tacoma with 140K Miles. It gets 22MPG. It's not a Honda. It's not fast. It drives terrible and the paint looks horrible. But, it was cheap and the wife can drive it and it can baby.
Boy how the times have changed. From K04 MKV to Slow Si to a NFG truck.
Good to see everyone and no, I don't plan on over inflating my statements anymore. Got burned enough on it. However, MDX track car FTW
I hope I can contribute:

I'll talk to him and see what I can do. He's pretty busy too with his little one as well.
Yeah, I'll do my best to stick around as best as I can but life may get the best of me. I'll do my best to drop in.
As for MK6 and the VAG world. Before the buy out of APR and the firing of their CEO (and maybe it's still the same, I wouldn't know) , they really liked to mingle in people's lives. Unitronic usually gave people freebies to join the dark side and APR would exploit that.
It was always about some company buying parts from china, when in the end people wanted cheap parts that worked. Hence why SPM worked so well for the longest time. Hence why I even got K04 and all my upgrades, I won the raffle.
Gah.....that was over 4 years ago.

Yeah. Tacomas are as plentiful as loose women.
6 ridge lines within 100miles of me when I was buying. Plus they easily were 30% more in cost. It was either buy a new one for 35K+ or buy a Tacoma for $13000
Plus, Ridgeline is great, but it's not a hardcore truk. Tacoma is always a solid choice.
Actually, it's not quite design work. That's the boring side of the business. Product engineering is sort of the link between design and manufacturing. We do a lot of vehicle testing, redesigns if we can't build it, and a lot of new model development. There's a ton of coordination from the design engineers, but often they do not know how the plants MFG vehicles. That's where we step in.Big Brain Bradley wrote: ↑Mon Sep 25, 2017 8:04 am
