Trying to figure out what to do with the "bar" on the island. We didn't have enough quartz so I'm looking at other options. Any ideas?

We have a nearly identical sink and faucet as you. I do not regret getting one giant sink a single bit. The fact that I can shove entire pots in there and rinse them easily without having to deal with a separator in the middle makes life so much easier.
And it gives my girlfriend more space to pile her dirty dishes in instead of shoving them in the dishwasher. YAY ARGUMENTS!

Our old house had a divided sink. I was pretty indifferent to it (big surprise) but the wifepiece hated it with a passion.

Maybe, I feel like the kitchen has plenty of white so I was looking into other options. Like stained and sealed wood.

That's what I originally thought, just wasn't sure if it would look out of place since there isn't any anywhere else.
