Yeah at 5 10 and 200lbs I dont think its worth the cost to me. But I do think it would be fun to hoon around a few times if a friend let me play on one.
I'm sure it would be awesome.... but I'm not going to spend $3k to have people laughing at my fat ass.

It was a toy bike for me that just happened to be street legal. It encouraged me to be a hooligan and was getting to the point where I was going to end up hurting myself on it.
I think it'd be great with a group of friends and parking lot race course, sadly, there wasn't enough of a community around me for those sort of shenanigans.

We had about 12-15 of them here at work for awhile when they were new. Now I only see 1 or 2. They used to all ride together and most had exhaust or took off the stock or something and it sounded like a swarm of bees when they would all come/go from the garage. Most of the dudes were bigger though, so it really was comical and made me think of the clown car situation.

so i have a short list of bikes going too:
ducati scrambler cafe ~10,5k
bmw r9t ~10k
yamaha xsr700 ~8k
fz-07 ~ 5,5k
older sv650 ~3k
I still need to ride the r9t. I may have ruled out the ducati scrambler as an over priced pretty bike, but DAMN it looks great.
also yamaha bringing a lot to the table and love the looks of the new XSR.

so i have a short list of bikes going too:
ducati scrambler cafe ~10,5k
bmw r9t ~10k
yamaha xsr700 ~8k
fz-07 ~ 5,5k
older sv650 ~3k
I still need to ride the r9t. I may have ruled out the ducati scrambler as an over priced pretty bike, but DAMN it looks great.
also yamaha bringing a lot to the table and love the looks of the new XSR.

I had that same feeling. I just wanted to give it a fair shake after riding one. Right now the fz07 in used form has the best value.
