Nice but $139,000? Definitely aimed toward higher population metro areas where that's a drop in the bucket
yea, thats just house money. I was saying from a design standpoint.

Only thing about tiny houses is that if you have an argument with someone, you can't really go to another room to cool down.

And if you have there's no time out either.
5/7 would want to see if they can develop a modular concept where you can build them like legos. put 2 together and connect them with 1-2 hallways,

Northern Tool aluminum 5x8 utility trailer plus some time.
Pro-tip: the little 50 lb generators these days are awesome. Skip solar+batteries and just burn dinosaurs.

That or a near-5-figure battery+solar system. The batteries are also big and heavy. It's not worth it yet. Whisper quiet gas generator is cheap, small, light, simple.

I'd rather buy a used travel trailer with a sink, shower and shitter and be done with it.
Alas, this is tiny house talk, not trailers 101.
That's where you are wrong my friend. For all you hipsters out there who think you are buying an efficient "tiny house" and minimizing your footprint upon the earth, look yourself in the mirror and say "I AM BUYING A FUCKING TRAILER. ONLY WITH HORRIBLE AERODYNAMICS. To celebrate the purchase of my trailer, I will head to the 7-11 and get a case of Keystone Ice and carton of Marlboros."

I want it in addition to a real house to add to my footprint and do some cool traveling. I like the RV life.
