Should it be legal? (In the state it is currently in the majority of Islamic countries)

While this country has "freedom of religion" this particular religion goes against the majority of american values that make this country so great.

Religion is a choice. If someone wants to subject themselves to a way of life that restricts their freedom, they should be allowed to do that.

Yea, but they're choosing to do that. The women could out if they wanted to. Hate sucks, but as long as they don't take action on it, who cares?

And it's the last part that makes this tricky, I agree. The radicals DO take action. Radical should be illegal, and it seems to be for the most part. The .gov keeps a close eye on that ish.

Also, how is it our place to say what's "lunacy". They think how we live life is lunacy. It's all a matter of perspective.

Not saying I support their way...far from it. I agree with you that it's the most ridiculous thing I've heard. But I think most religion is, and while I think religion should be banned, it's just not an option.

And I'm fine with that.

Right. But just as some christians do all that, yet most just roll on by ain't care. There is the same factor of mooslims that ain't care. Only concern is by the numbers they are are more practiced/followed faith so by the numbers you have more crazies.

And that is the great line in sand. If you place sharia law/practices ABOVE the law of the .gov/land, you have the great conflict of our current time.
