Yes I hate red but I actually think it looks great on a Jeep with all those black accents
TIL Max is colorblind.. This is orange, homey.
Only problem with this jeep is the body colored fender flares. They will be scratched, and these new high clearance ones on the Rubicon are not cheap like the old JK version.

5/7 would take black flares.

I'm surprised they did that on the Rubicon.. I'm used to only seeing body matched fender flares on the Sahara trims out here.

I don't love the grey plastic on mine either though, I'd like to replace them with something metal and powder coated black.

Im gonna need Jeep to build something a bit stronger for towing.
Grand Cherokee is your ticket if you need towing capacity from Jeep.
I really like them too. But I thought they had the same tow ratings.

Grand Cherokee's you're at like 7k tow ratings, diesel might be even higher. Plus you can get the HEMI for brubs.

Jeep will gladly take your $500 to paint the fenders, no matter the trim level.

I'm still bitter that the thing comes with push button start, but you have to pay $500 to get proximity entry. Everything you think would be included in a group is a separate cost option.

Does it really matter in the end though? You have a price ... you get your discount it is what it is... they could raise the msrp $500 and it'll end up being the same old situation.

I find a $495 for a stick on headliner that costs $10 in parts more offensive.

That 100% changes things. We will see what the next 6 months are like for me. Depending on budget and if im moving. I would love to grab something a bit more reliable/ a tow vehicle.

Looks like discounts are starting to show up on JL's. Places are advertising around $5k off.

Not surprised. They're pounding out so many of them, they're going to need to discount to move the metal.

Yeah :notbad: bringing prices back into reality. Nobody should be dropping $40k for a Sport "S" model.

Seeing some automatic hard top Rubis in the $42-44k range. Which seems reasonable.

Yeah, volume dealers have been willing to negotiate on orders from day 1. Now that inventory is showing up on the lots they are discounting them okay there too. The smaller dealers are still holding strong at MSRP or MSRP+ though.

I got about 12% off MSRP on mine, but you can get about 8% off one on the lot today around here.

There is a reason why they moved 30k units last month. Which is frankly insane

They keep dumping out that many and the residuals will inevitably go down. Same thing happened on the WRX/STI. For the VA chassis they figured out their supply issue and residuals aren't as strong as they used to be because of that.

It is what it is, for now the demand is supporting the new/used prices. I have been puzzled by it for 3 years now... but there will be no end in sight unless gas hits $4+ a gallon nationwide and $5.50 in Cali since were at $4 already. Wrangler has no competition ...

Right.... seat out it'll fit. Which is what I said :gaydance:
Seat in is no bueno. But doggie doesn't need a seat I guess. IDK. The 4 door makes the Jeep far more practical.
