I'm going to keep banging out some nice volume on squats as this leg keeps getting better. Going up in 20 pound jumps each week, but started out super light; up to 225 - 3 x 10 tonight. Then messed around with some power cleans, those bitches.
Training partner is pissed because when this happens I always come back crushing PR's.
I had an election hangover and went to the gym, crushing 305 X 10, then 305 X 7. At almost age 48, with a massive boubon hangover, dominating 300+ like a warmup set. 405 will be here sooner, not later.

I was drinking in disbelief. Then I had a few "holy shit this is happening" rounds to finish off.
I had a couple drinks, then broke my booze curfew at 9 when it was starting to dawn on me. But yeah when I went to bed at 12/1230 and the baby was making noise I knew 445 gym wake-up was fruitless.

I'd rather not run the risk of caving my chest in ROFL
Also, gym is so slow there's almost never any randos. I'll see if I can prop it up against one of the backs of the tradmills so I can see how tilted I really get when I'm exhausted
