Well, got married last weekend. Had a small event with less than 30 guests which was the wedding party, their spouses, and parents/siblings. The officiant remoted in through Zoom. You know: being responsible and making concessions given the circumstances. My groomsmen got Ernie Hudson to record a message for me in his Ghostbusters jumpsuit, which is absolutely awesome.

I just made a cup of earl grey and am indeed dressed for fucking fall at 330 in the afternoon. It's so dark and cool right now that the crickets are already at full song. Fuck this place.
We are going to the beach this weekend with my sister and BIL. After that I am fine with it cooling off a bit, I really enjoy fall. January/February can fuck right off, but through new years, the cooler weather is nice. I would be full of too though, in Corning, fuck sub 30F temps. Fortunately winter here is like low of 30, high of 50 most of the time. The random week or two of sub 20F temps I will just stay inside for the most part.

Ran around like a chicken with my head chopped off today to get all affairs at work in order for my absence. I’m the only employee on the security side at my site, so it’ll be interesting to see how things go with me being away for a week. Luckily, Labor Day is a holiday here and office is closed so that’s one less day for shit to go wrong.
Computer is officially shut off and I am running fast AF to my car.
Now it’s time to direct anxiety toward traveling with the for the first time.
