Where does Mom live? What happened to Reno? I understand this isn't my life, but Reno is much more to me than Las Vegas.
Her Mom is right on the border of Arizona and Nevada by Laughlin, on the Arizona side.
OK. Without being........arrogant........which seems fairly impossibru to you economically........can't you just move the nice lady wherever you want? To be frank, Laughlin sucks balls. You know this.
Just move her closer to Hurricane. Or Vegas. Or whatever.

Yes it's a cool car. But prepare the lube/sawdust.
is generally true. I'm definitely still in the black and had a good year. My taxes and W2G's indicate I won $243K in 2019, but I only deposited $151k of it into the bank. So I put a lot back.
You don't keep track of losses?

I do. I just don't have that data in my head, the winnings total and what I deposited stuck in my head.

It's possible you do not think Laughlin sucks balls but like, that's just my opinion, man.
No, it sucks ass, hard.
I could move her by me, in fact she wants to move into whatever house we buy in a Casita, but I'm no fucking moron... Nobody lives with me and cramps my style.
50+ miles is my buffer zone. It was bad enough when I moved my mom into my city, 4 miles away. I don't like unannounced visitors knocking on my door or walking up when I'm under a car, or chilling on the sofa.

NOT THAT CLOSE. I assume she does not live in a 5000K square foot house outside of Laughlin. Just suggesting to you that you have the ability to change your location, and hers, favorably, but not upsetting the balance of distance.

She's in a 2800 square foot house she paid cash for in 2002. They sold their place in Santa Maria and had a house built on a hill overlooking the Colorado River.

Goodnight Captain. I love this discussion.....I'm a big AZ man, but not the Colorado river. I will be back tomorrow!

I joked about that with my wife actually. Pahrump also has the Frontsight training school and shooting range where you can learn skills very important for daily life like shooting a fully automatic rifle from a moving vehicle.

Methinks Dirk was riding the canarble wagon pretty hard last night.
I had to google this. I did indeed finish strong last night.
It's not well known outside the Chicago area but I just love the phrase. It even sounds funny. Canarble.
Trying to include it in the DFD lexicon. You can help.
Where are these mangos?

I'm a fan of the name and will use it in the future.
At an old job we just called it "drunk Friday" when they would pick up a couple kegs of Gordon Biersch for about 60 of us and put them in the break room at 5pm.
Those were the only days people stayed until after 5pm.
