Two weeks off gear. Weight is holding steady which is nice to see. When I’d used gear in the past, I always lost a quick 5-10lbs in a matter of weeks coming off since I didn’t really know how to PCT. So it’s nice doing it with my coach guiding me. I’ve dropped .6lbs in two weeks and haven’t lost any noticeable strength :fuckyeah. Weight is currently 209.6.
Goal for this year is to get up to 250lbs, but be leaner than I was last year at 230lbs. Will update after I get back on gear in a few months and start pushing even harder.
My coach is competing today. National qualifying show, so if he wins this he can go on to compete for his pro card. Looks fucking nutty. Hope he takes this one.
