Weird s__t you see on craigslist.

Not really weird, but a very specific market for this bad boy:

First time I think I've seen an H6 swap, usually it's just a regular H4 with or without the T.

10/10 thread. Read the whole thing and it was an excellent use of my Friday work day.

I nearly died laughing at the 'surprise baby' saga.

So I bought some useless junk recently...

Bought this on Amazon on a daily deal the other day. Normally like $350, on sale for $170. Works really well, from what I can tell so far. I've poured a good sized glass from 2 bottles and the cork seals right up when you remove it. It uses argon gas to offset the wine you pour, so it is supposed t...

To sous vide you have to have a vacuum sealer? It helps and you can easily verify the quality and safety the plastic material (bpa free). The poverty way is ziplock bags and purge the air. Vac is just quick and easy method to minimize air in the bag and ensure the food sinks in water and not floati...

Yes, and expansion.
Makes sense. If you've got a line out the door, might as well make use of it.

How'd this turn out? Was it still fairly tough at 12 hours, or did you get some decent breakdown? I haven't bothered with many tough cuts SV, I tend to prefer the texture you get from a traditional braise so they generally go into the oven. was really good! Id probably go a bit longer like 14 hours...

I bought a Santa Cruz Chameleon a few months ago and I absolutely love it. Definitely enjoy the more laid back geometry over a race XC bike (I previously had a Stumpjumper) and the 27.5+ tires are like velcro.
