DFD:

We have established a revolutionary political platform.

Problem:
The war on drugs has proved costly and spiraled out of control along with our national debt. Foreign drug cartels continue to upset South Americas attempts at political and economic freedom and prosperity.

We've been looking at this division all wrong. The efforts and labor are already there in the vibrant country of Mexico and gang. There is a best guess that illegal drug trade along was at $64B from south america alone in 2017. The global drug trade is around 1% of the global GPD by best guesses. Menawhile, the "war on drug trade" costs the US approx $51B each year. The money is there, and will continue to be there. In contrast the Photo-voltaic (PV/solar) market for the US in 2017 was only $4.5B and relies heavily on .gov tax assistance.

Goal:
-Eliminate USA national debt
-Reduce prison population, remove non violent offenders
-Run a surplus of gov capital to continue viable spending for social programs
-improve alternative energy use
-reduce blackmarket/cartel violence

Methods:
-legalize weed, treat weed like any agricultural product, such as basil and oregano. Allow import and export and a Fed/state tax levied.
-deregulate photo-voltaic market. remove taxation and tax incentives completely. Incentivize cartels to move dirty money into the newly deregulated market sector. Allow a "dirty" industry transfer in to a "clean" industry. Mexico is already the number 1 roof installer. What else goes on a roof? PV cells.
-mexico becomes world net exporter of PV cells.
-use mexico PV cells for the regulated grow houses in the US.

I thought this was going to be about invading and enslaving Mexico. Beat them at their own game, right?

Allow them to transition on a better industry. Solar is the best. its #1. its "clean". Make a helpful industry a dirty money haven. Instead of drugs, death, murder, trafficing.

Let them prosper with energy. Enable the Southern Americans to be great.

Think about it. Why do people exist in a 1st world economy. To work. They spin the wheel of society, so to speak, as a cog. If you remove the energy need for existence, things become cheaper. Technology can grow. Things become more efficient. Advances are made. The "essentials" of existence become background noise. Mexico has the largest city in the world. Thats a scale most of North America cant imagine. And its only a few miles away. Bring those people up and get them self reliant.

The studies are there that ENERGY is the key to empowerment and prosperity. With energy you can travel, you can expand better methods, hell you can convert salt water into potable water. You let a 3rd world nation with lots of natural resources bang away at PV cells instead of making coke, they will be better off.

They can make PV cells too. They will still have to mine silica.

Its not that cold until Dec and then you ride it out indoors as much as possible till the end of February.

Healthcare probably isn't sustainable with baby boomers needing more medical services in the coming years but the legalized weed thing is 5/7!
