The 3 legs that are easily seen are all from the baby horse. The white is out-lining the tail, which leads up to the rest of the body of the baby horse. The 3 baby legs are hiding the rear legs from the big horse; if you look closely you can see one of the rear legs of the big horse between the rear legs of the baby horse. The leg sticking out to the left is one of the front legs of the baby horse.
Baby's head is hidden as it is up under the big horse, possibly drinking milk.

• Pipe material and grade such as A106B, API X42, etc.
• Piping corrosion allowance
• Detail drawings on lined fittings, including:
o Steel OD
o Steel ID
o Steel grade
o Liner thickness
o Liner density or material
o Allowable deflection and / or load (if available)

so we go through the excersise of using some clamp everywhere. THEN they will measure the ACTUAL force generated... I don't get why everyone is dancing around the actual force. Is is less than 11k lbs? Is it more? By how much more? Otherwise we are futilely applying maybe fixes.

If the 10kip force is an order of magnitude estimation then the force can also be 1kip or 100kip. Engineering decisions cannot be made on order of magnitude estimates; it matters if something weighs 10, 100, or 1000 lbs. Or if your new sports car makes 10, 100, or 1000hp.
Definition of engineering from Websters: The application of science and mathematics by which the properties of matter and the sources of energy in nature are made useful to people.
An order of magnitude estimate is not useful to a detail design engineer.

That's still plausible. He still hasn't spoken to any of us.

Our company concluded that there is no credible threat. But the other company still has the armed security guard there until the end of the month. Obviously something was serious enough to bring that guard in but we don't know what it was.
