Got invited out tomorrow with some work Bros. Going to have cocktails and watch the games. I haven't had a drink since November 19th I think and I don't want to have one now. Longest I've gone without a drink since I was 13. They don't know any of this and I didnt tell them.

Need to make some new friends up here but also don't want to be wet blanket. But I literally don't know how to behave in these situations without drinking because I've never been sober.

Sure as shit don't want to have a fucking discussion with them about it.

I feel like Im going to need to explain why I'm having a deit coke.

Maybe I'll just say I'm on antibiotics for a wicked case of herpies and can't drink. That should shut down any follow up questions.

Ive been back to work since Monday and it started with me training for the first three. I am not a fan, it is hard work to do a good job at it. I don't usually follow curriculums, prefer to taylor it to the needs and skill levels of the students. Thankfully thats done, and today was a 12hr doozy. Thankfully I'm taking tomorrow off to recoupe but will need to work Saturday.

It came to $100 since I prepaid 2 yrs. Using the same name with a .com would have been nearly $6000, someone must have registered it before and is sitting on it. I just went with .ca since its the standard Canadian website extension anyways.

My first job was a stock room dude at Babies R Us. I was promoted to selling furniture within a few months because the old lady in charge of the department liked me. She asked me to pick up heavy things and commented on my massles and would repeatedly ask me out for drinks after work (I was 16)

A lot of people at my company drink, smoke weed, etc. We have a few people who don't drink. Not really a big deal. During my apartment's superbowl party, there was a lot of alcohol, I didn't drink anything except water or iced tea.

This one kid looks like he's the type of person who drinks/smokes pot, and he's as straight-edge as they come. Don't even think he's ever had a sip of alcohol, lol.
