Bought if off of Amazon. Deal for Prime members then. I bought the 32g version for $165 then as well.

I checked amazon and ebay for price comparisons and came up with about ~200 new and 160-180 used. plus shipping.
ebay selling guarantee is 110 + 20 ebaybucks.

Yea it was a pretty good deal at the time.
FYI for anyone who may be interested, I've had pretty good luck with this phone over the past 14 months or so, fwiw
