It is, but also very eye opening. I hadn't had much exposure to the details of the war prior to watching it. It does a good job telling the N. Vietnamese side, the American side, the political fuckery, and the anti-war movements.

Definitely a sad time in history for all involved. The social divisions at that time, aren't much different than we're seeing today.

Successful dental visit. Just a cleaning and some x-rays. No issues. No work needed at least until the next checkup in 6 months.

Yeah, it's such a Hallmark of politician controlled warfare. I found all my father's service papers from Vietnam, some heavy reading for sure.

The similarities between then and now are impossible to ignore. War is a nasty business, to be avoided at all costs.
