I ended up getting CRB 600RR pegs for the grom. 6 bucks, the internet says its the solution for a little more lean angle and wont change the foot position.

Can't you grind the bottom of the pegs on an angle to add another couple of degrees too?

they have these little feeler things that are scrificial and are a low surface area. If you do what you suggest with all that extra surface area, a little scrape from getting too low might grab, unload the rear, and lowside/ highside you.

The CBR ones are simply not as thick as far as i can tell.

Plus, grinding aluminum is bad for your grinder. can cause disks to explode.

RE the MNNTHBX pegs: they are 80 dollars. sure they look nice, i like the adjustable factor, etc... but there is an ebay version for like 30 bucks. And the CBR ones are six. freaking. dollars.

Still not leaking

I did find a NIB 4.6 gal tank for like a $120 on Amazon over Christmas. Normally they're $275-ish. Big tank will be necessary for TOTD and some of my local routes.

I never got around to researching much beyond mnnthbx.

Supposedly the Z125 has better peg clearance - I might consider one of them if I get back into 3/4 bikes. There's not enough stuff or other riders around here to justify it

I remember when people lot $20k was for a motorcycle and that was only like 5 years ago

I look forward to seeing and hearing them at track days though. I hope it's a successful bike for them - and I'm interested to see if they put the V4 in anything else (streetfighter or )
