I think if I sold the Vrod and wanted another bike, a Supermotard would be what I'd get. I don't want a sport bike, I'd rather have fun zipping around the city cutting people off being an agile annoying little fucker.
Light and quick is fun. Doing 130+ mph on highways in Louisiana is the opposite of fun. Our roads are not conducent to "fun"

Yeah, super motos are the shit. I've got enough in the stable right now. I'd like to get a touring bike, like a super tenere or VStrom to replace the CB, and a super moto would be a nice addition.

Our buddy got a 2017 brand new for 3400 OTD with TT&L. So my 'good deal' threshold for used or NOS is 2500 or less.

$2500 seems to be the absolute bottom for these things, it's what I bought mine for and I haven't really seen many cheaper than that in my area. I really thought that the market would be saturated with this things by now, but evidently people are hanging onto them...

Yea, thats what i see around here too, and for that I'd rather pay a few hundred more and start off with a 100% new one, that unless i stumble upon one for less with very few mods, but the right ones; tires for example.
