Wife got the Instapot probably 2 years ago, she's used it twice IIRC. It takes up a bunch of space in our little kitchen. It cooks things.
Man, that's the complete opposite of what I'm reading (from people that love this thing). There's people that say they're using it 3-5 times a week. I think the big thing for us would be that you can cook frozen stuff in it and not have to thaw it out. I've seen some good looking recipes for them I'll probably wait til they come down in price before jumping on though.
