This afternoon I took half the bun off 2 mcdoubles, then combined the remains into a mcquad.

I don't bake but I cook. I doubt I'll ever post pics of anything I make, I generally shoot for things that combine 3-4 of these things: healthy, cheap, convenient, tasty.

Lately things I go to:
-stir fries
-fajitas
-salads (usually with ground turkey taco meat or grilled chicken)
-easy stuff on the grill like chicken, pork tenderloin, corn, vegetables
-one pan oven stuff like roasting chicken and veggies
-I make a great breakfast sandwich
