This is some old 1950' era art. I got the quick history from the engineering manager of the plant.
Apparently, when they were building the plant, they commissioned some british artist to do this. He apparently had some one of a kind method to do this that died with him. I can't find more information online. Its a mixture of chemical etching and mechanical carving on an aluminum sheet. Its really quite impressive in person. I tired to get a good pic, but cameras in plants can be frowned upon and i was trying not to be obvious.

In public bathrooms I wipe, and then depending on how bad the was I go and wet some TP, put some soap on it and a bit of water and wipe with that. Just helps seal the deal.

It became a habit for me, since I fee dirty if I just wipe alone.

What do you do if other people are in there using the sink?

I usually only in the big stall that has a sink within the stall. Or restrooms at Starbucks are one bathroom per person.
