I like the inside actually. The outside doe... No thanks.
dude. its a palace. There is so much room outside for people. Yet you can't actually have that many people over because country club rules and no where to really park.

So i have this property (~3.7 acres) that is a long rectangle behind my subdivision. Both were built the same time, this is just a long section outside my hood. They have had this pond with zero overflow or ditch since then. The pond apparently has been leaching into a opened 8" city sewer line that is ont he back edge of my property. over the last 40 years now, a sink hole developed from the open sewer line. 2 years ago, I had the city find and fix the open line, correctly. That pond now has no place to overflow or leach into. So by fixing one issue, I opened another bad can of worms.

Complicating the matter, the property is for sale and not fully finished from 2016 flood repairs. They have horses still on the land but they dont appear well cared for. Im sure they are able to eat grass as there is a lot of room for 2 or 3 horses. So I have the owners name but the house is empty. I've been told to get with city parish, as their poor pond design has now effected my back yard (swamp).

Said house:

Said Pond:

https://www.google.com/maps/place/16732 ... -90.999799

Yesterday I hit my limit of a massive mud pit for back yard. I jumped the fence and ran small pump to a drain to start getting the water down. It ran all night and dropped about 1 inch.

Maybe not everyone needs a pot filler ultra modern expensive brand new house??

The problem is lack of affordable home options because everyone is going :fullretard: gentrifying/flipping places and modeling homes after Chip and Joanne.

Full retard home prices here means half a milli will get you air conditioning and a nice-ish house, but no longer gets you a garage. Or it does, just in the hood where you're gonna get shot and puppy will step on a hypodermic needle while out for a walk. Price of entry for a garage is now around 700-750 in a neighborhood that doesn't totally suck.

It's by scrooge choice because I can't really afford much of a step up from where we currently are.

If it does I'll likely pounce on a house. We could always rent out Lisa's house, would get good money for it I think. Ride that out until housing prices go back up and then sell it for profit.

$680k nice home on a street you can't drive down, one car parking, 1 block from the loud ass highway
https://www.redfin.com/PA/Philadelphia/ ... e/38461206

$670k looks like a bank, gonna get shot hood, literally nothing near it
https://www.redfin.com/PA/Philadelphia/ ... e/40573944

$980k really nice, 2 car parking, close to stuff, one fucking million dollars to live in a neighborhood with no public transit access why even bother living in the city at that point
https://www.redfin.com/PA/Philadelphia/ ... /147579092

$700k very nice house, gonna get shot for sure, literally in the middle of a drug and poverty infested wasteland no parks nearby you ain't walking nowhere for 5 years, no yard for puppy to shit in

that option 3 aint even built yet. It also has a very impressive :wasteful: space in rear where ground area is a such a premium. Very :wtf:

Also, who gonna keep up them gardens? Why no gate to keep the poors out of your "villa" in the back? Crackheads gonna be pissing on your walls and doors for sure. That open villa concept simply doesnt work in urban environments.

:lolol:

Yeah they kept the little park across the street, this is a 4-pack of homes where that warehouse was, it looks like. Parking in the rear/center of them.

That looks like just a little yellow painted cinderblock fence to me.

Zagar's works are flashy and wild. They're all over south philly.

You can wander around and stumble across them all over the place down here. They are very interesting. I don't know if I'd want one on my house though.
