Buy just about any tire 'shine' and let it sit. Wipe it down with a dry cloth to get the excess off. It will remain black but not nearly as shiny. With as little moisture as you face the color should remain black. Use a bit of the same product as a touch up once every couple a weeks to avoid the dis-coloration and keep the nice 'black' but not shiny look. Works for me....

Depends on where I'm spraying. Door panels, I spray it on. Dashboard I spray onto the microfiber first, since I don't want to get it on the windshield or small screens.

The STi has pretty significant levels of brake dust, so I do the following -

- Spray the wheels and tires with Chemical Guys Honeydew Snow Foam from my foam cannon and rinse
- Apply Sonax Full Effect wheel cleaner to all four rims
- By the time all four are sprayed, I use a brush like this - https://www.detailersdomain.com/product ... ling-brush - in its own bucket to clean the barrels and between the spokes, then take a dedicated wash mitt and clean the faces of the wheels.
- Use an Adam's wheel brush to clean the tires - https://adamspolishes.com/adam-s-short-wheel-brush.html
- Rinse everything and voila, shiny BBSs

...for a day

I've got Meguiar's wheel brightener, seems to work pretty good on brake dust.
