It's been sitting on gas at 40 deg for the last 2 months. It's like a glorious Chimay. It really needed to age. I thought it was crazy at first but it super clear and clean. :mindblown:

very much not wrong sir. It did turn quickly after that moment of glory tho. Twas a steep and short lived curve. Capturing that consistency is really some :science: and art.

I think most of it was drank before turning tho. I shared a lot of it.
