This is a good point. Might be worth taking it back with the tail lights removed.Johnny_P wrote: ↑Sat Jun 09, 2018 4:20 pmDid you 'splain the condition of your truck to them? I'm standing firm on my 24k and only requested the spray-in liner be included at the $32248 price.

Yea I think their trade value is fair, they'd have to "retail" the frontqueef for at least 26k to break even. And that's awfully close to a new "better" as indicated by everyone else in this thread colorado, that is around 33k and comes with financing support etc.

GM factory bed liner on my Silverado was terrible. It had a rough, textured finish and tore up EVERYTHING that slid across it. When I remodeled my bathroom I lost a few sheets of drywall and had to exchange a few things that were scuffed up from sliding it around the bed.[user not found] wrote: ↑Sat Jun 09, 2018 6:13 pmNo liner. said just go Line-X. GM loner apparently fades and transfers into things.
NBD.
Has all weather mats and black bow ties. I’m down to clown.

Coming up on maintenance interval on Frontier anyway. Gonna need tires/brakes/diff & trans lube/oil change in the next 6 months. Found a slice in one of the sidewalls, and another tire is prematurely dryrotting. Rear pumpkin is leaking, and looks like one of the valve covers is leaking, too. Just don't want to deal with Nissan service after my last runaround with the fuel pump.
Just gonna start fresh with a truck that's set up better from the factory for towing/hauling but isn't yuuuuge. Bought the Frontier for $30500 in February of 2016, trading it for $23000 almost 32 months and 34.3k miles later. That's pretty decent, IMO.
Plans for the Colorado will be ZR2 rock sliders, ZR2 skids, Morimoto XB LED foglights, and remove the front valance. Add my CB, and bike mounts in the bed, and maybe a leveling kit to just get the nose up a bit. But that's it. I'll probably see decent highway empeegeez gainz, based on Apex's real world data. He's getting 24-25 highway MPG, max I've ever seen out of the Forks was 21 in the flatlands of Mississippi.
And I guess let's see if I can keep this one for 3+ years.
