Good friend of mine recently got a '17 WRX, traded in his slightly modded '13 Si for it. He hoped it's just as fun to drive as his Si, he lowered it on coilovers. Ironically, he also had a mk6 gti dsg, which he claimed boring compared to Honda, had a 3.8 Genesis coupe before it. We'll see, hoping to cease the opportunity to test the car.SixSpeeder wrote: ↑Tue Feb 07, 2017 6:40 pmIn all fairness, I didn't realize how boring the WRX is until I lived with it.
I think a supercharged Si would be an absolute riot to DDMexicanYarisTK wrote: ↑Tue Feb 07, 2017 11:13 pmGood friend of mine recently got a '17 WRX, traded in his slightly modded '13 Si for it. He said the GTI is boring compared to Si when he recently bought it lol. He never got around supercharging it, but yes, would love that to happen. He did tune it though and that's about it.Johnny_P wrote: ↑Wed Feb 08, 2017 5:52 pmI think a supercharged Si would be an absolute riot to DDMexicanYarisTK wrote: ↑Tue Feb 07, 2017 11:13 pm

It depends. The Si is much sharper. Handling is more crisp, brakes are more immediate, throttle is less laggy, and the shifter is worlds better.MexicanYarisTK wrote: ↑Wed Feb 08, 2017 11:40 pmHe said the GTI is boring compared to Si when he recently bought it lol. Work has been insane and keeping me very busy. We've been making a boatload of money, acquiring new customers and the stock market has been responding. We're working harder than ever to keep beating estimates and pushing the stock price beyond what anyone thought it would ever get to. Very exciting times for sure.
Thanks for the welcome back.
