My service advisor has been fairly decent through the whole process - once I told him to keep me informed no matter what, he's been on point.

But the whole no loaner thing is pretty :disgust: and the lack of troubleshooting knowledge by a "master tech" is troubling.
You're talking about it as if you have some kind of :unicorn: MB product. This is a nissan TRUK doe. Try another dealer... I mean I have 8 Nissan dealers in a 20 mile radius from my house.

Looking at a 2013 500 Abarth with 20k miles for $10k. Seems about right, not stellar steal but good for the region it's local at diller. Might be plac time.

What issues did you have on the 2013? Any pro tips to steer clear of?
