1) Bucks county is awesome. It's beautiful and the roads are in great shape.
2) Not all the roads are paved.
3) The STI is fucking AWESOME on dirt roads.
I don't give a shit if this car isn't the fastest hot compact. It can do everything. It's so much fucking fun. It ate up the dirt today, smooth ride believe it or not and lots of traction. 5/7 would do again.
AND it pulls hard on the highway. Gotta drop down to 5th but that's part of the fun. Construction is complete on the Northeast Extension and I was flying on the way home because of the glass smooth roads.
The car was entirely in its element in Bucks. I gotta brap around there more often. Will need to learn the roads from [user not found] when he's not busy with haus or stuff.

Passenger seat developed a random metal on metal clunk and rattle. Had been trying to find where it was for about a week and just today realized it's the seat.
Guess I'll mention it when I take it in for yearly service Either this month or next month.
Other than that the car has been great. No issues to report. It's far less frustrating than my GTI was.

I have my first rattle too, mine's from the driver's door panel. The bass from the Harmon Kardon is kind of silly. I have it turned all the way down, but with some songs that's still not low enough. The door speakers will bump themselves silly if the song has a strong bass line and I think that's caused a little buzz in the one. Maybe I'll get the patience to mess with it eventually, but surprisingly it really doesn't bother me most of the time.

4400 miles or so. 1st service at 5k. I'll do it soon. Only calls for an oil change and cabin air filter I think. But will ask them to look at the seat and rear deck rattles.max225 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 10, 2017 1:18 pmHow many miles ? I could probably fix those rattles myself though. Honestly this car has been fantastic so far. Everything works as it should.

I thought it was 3750, as that's what the sticker on my windshield says for next oil change. But is 6k IIRC so I'll split it and go 5. Easy to remember.max225 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 10, 2017 1:28 pmisn't service every 3750? Or am I tripping?Johnny_P wrote: ↑Fri Nov 10, 2017 1:26 pm
