I'd just get a set of adjustable dampers and go from there. If it's not quite what you want then fuck with the rear bar. To hell with the front one. But it looks like Koni is the only manufacturer of adjustables for the FiST?
I might go coilover then. From my Focus days I remember lots of issues with Koni yellow shocks. A decent coilover should allow you to fine tune the ride a little better.
The problem with coil overs is losing ride height. I’m 90% I’m going with Bilstein B6’s - not adjustable, but and they’re designed for the stock springs/ride height. Rear bar will be an addition if I feel the need for more rear role stiffness.

Sweet! I'd put Bilstein ahead of Koni for sure. From what I've read they seem to be better built and more durable.

I know nothing about that bike beyond those photos but my jimmies are rustled. Similar to Super Duke?

Similar - KTM is designed more for the street, Aprilia more for the track, but both handle the duties admirably. Similar powah. Aprilia is V4 with better 'lectronics. Quickshift up and down (auto blip ), wheelie control, cornering abs, tc, etc.

Bilstein B6 shocks and struts ordered for the FiST. Tire decisions still to be made.

Thinking I might keep the KTM. I've had someone pretty interested in it lately, but I don't know how much I want a new bike. As sexy as the Aprilia is, I don't know if I want another liter bike, and outside of the V4 exotica, I'm not sure it's THAT much of a better bike for the things that I do with the KTM. Either way, I should probably test ride an Aprilia and possibly a smaller displacement bike just to see if I really need that new crack rock.
On top of that, I'm strongly considering an ND within the next year, so saving money for something like that...or at least taking the time to make up my damn mind probably makes more sense.
edit: TL;DR - the math doesn't make sense at the moment.
