A good friend would offer. You shouldn’t ask you’re cleaning his :puke: man
:dat: 100% I'd feel horrible if I did that to a "friend". I wouldn't let them clean it themselves, I'd be helping at a minimum.
He tried to help and kept apologizing every ten seconds, but he's kinda dumb so I didn't really want him trying to clean. He paid for my breakfast though.

I did make him the tool wiping bitch

He would if I asked. I bought some tooth brushes and I'll try to take care of the rest that I couldn't get yesterday.

This. I blew chunks due to alcohol one time when I was 16. 36 years later, my man card remains intact (on this subject.)

"No sir, this car cover won't scratch at all! It's super soft and engineered to be gentle!"

:poop: , I've never seen on that doesn't scratch.
Yeah this is not for a Ferrari GTO. This is to cover a vehicle that may be parked in a garage for 2-4 weeks with a street value of $8K. The idea is to unwrap and have a clean car, not load it on the trailer for Pebble Beach. If forced at gunpoint to use a car cover, then what?
I have a car cover for the C5, You are thinking right with this application. I used it when I was on the road for weeks at a time and my car just sat. It's a bit of a pain if you want to use it day to day as I was pretty anal about the car being clean when going under the cover. IMO, it won't scratch the car if there's no dirt to rub between the two surfaces. I just got one from Amazon or similar that was well rated, but for quality, Cover Craft makes nice stuff.

Washed the :poorvette: and did some spray sealant stuff. Half assed it because I was sweating.

Then it rained for 3 mins and the sun came out to cover it in water spots.

That's always the way, I never wash my car if I want to enjoy good weather.

Absolutely beautiful when it's shiny, I love that paint color (colour/couleur).

For the record, whenever there are any roommate questions posed to you, they are NOT about the guy with the van.

Yeah. Vanman might as well not exist for all intents and purposes.
Plot twist: I become third wheel because her an vanman will be WFH together while I'm gone from 5am to 5pm

Guys like the Corvette, and women like the van. It's shocking how many yell "oh my god I love your van, do you sleep in it? Can I see inside?"

Lol that green is so crisp.

I saw Twin Peaks was doing a bikini car wash. I laughed and told my wife I'd never let those girls touch my paint with their single bucket bullshit. She thought I was being misogynistic and I had to explain all those old geezers that go to those things sponsored by New Balance are gonna have to pay someone to professionally remove all the swirls that the Busch Bikini team placed into their prized hot rods.

"HEY GUIZ! LOOK AT THE HOT GIRLS THAT I GOT A PICTURE WITH THAT RUINED THE PAINT ON MY BOOMER-MOBILE!"

I always see high school teams/clubs doing car washes around here. The wife used to give me shit for not getting my car washed, but then I point out the bath towels they are using and laying out on the sidewalk to dry.

No thanks.
