I'd live in this van, even if it's parked down by a river.
:notsure: looks like a Transit...

But the Sprinter can come with a diesel which is 5/7 for off the grid overlanding.

Personally, I could totally rock this. But the wife would bring in any wildlife she could bribe with cheese and Diet Coke, leave food out, and make me regret this decision.

I would literally have the exact same issue. However, everyday brings me closer to selling all my shit and living the life of a nomad. Just have to figure out how a 100 pound golden doodle and a 50 pound golden retriever factor in.

Its alright. Would want to make some changes.
-Lower the fireplace and TV to a reasonable viewing height
-Extend the back to mostly get rid of the "porch" thing, and incorporate an oven, a clothing closet, and a tiny combo washer/dryer into the living area.
-Not a fan of the prison bathroom
-Would make door smaller, the gigantodoor will let too much heat escape during winter.

Could have a better space utilization but overall the design is pretty great with the vaulted ceiling and windows. You give up a lot of space by not having a loft though.

This is another amazing tiny house floor plan. I really like the device cubby in the master, like a little nightstand that gets hidden when the bed folds up!

At what point does a "tiny house" get called a "trailer home" like it actually is?

When it has a car on blocks in front of it? :iono:

I have asked this question before and received no meaningful answer. I will concede that many of the recently featured "tiny homes" feature architectural details that elevate them past any standard trailer or mobile home.
