See, that's the thing. I work with a number of muslims. They go in special rooms to pray at lunch and everything. Great guys. Funny, hard working, easy to work with, etc. Banning them from entering the country would be stupid. They're actually helping/contributing.

That's not the point, the point is accept this country for what it is and cherish it's values without using religion as a scapegoat to do shit that doesn't align with our values.

line of the law. you want to oppress women, go for it. Women can break free of oppression in this country. Our current citizens are the ones destroying values of person freedoms in this country, not muslims.

People want to rely on the .gov. They want .gov will solve housing, health, jobs, pollution, education. And thats fasle. the .gov will just create more debt slaves to gain votes and maintain control.

but max has a point. we went into a scale of war that was never been done b4. The entire world was at war. Our generation has a hard time of grasping that kill or be killed mindset.

While my dad did leave Pakistan to create a better life for himself - and eventually his family - in America, Pakistan isn't that big of a shit hole. Most muslims I encountered - here and abroad - have also been generally pretty peaceful. Sure, the culture is a little dated, but it isn't so different from any of the bigger religions' foundations: Conservative rules, certain levels of oppression for specific demographics, etc.
