I'll post some pics up in here from my "boat trip"
I have rented a 225" long Beacon of American Excess to complete my journey. Why? Because it was cheaper than a midsize truck or a small SUV with ground clearance
Rated at 16 city 22 highway...
31 gallon gas tank... I'll make sure to use a Euro Fleets worth of fuel for a small journey because 'Murica.
No redline ... no need
Initial impressions. Surprisingly easy to drive and park. Even with that entire might of America resting on those poor tiny tires. Ground clearance isn't overly but hopefully it'll handle what I throw at it.
Seats are supremely comfortable and have heating and cooling.
Stereo is blah even those its the blose
Brakes... OMFG... mush central and they are actually downright near dangerous... these are the worst brakes I have experienced in a modern car. (WAY worse than my 400k mile crown vic)
Steering... I feel like I am driving a semi... so many turns lock to lock....
Quiet as expected
Those DD'ing these and saying it is "fun" It is comfortable... yes. But fun?
Death Valley Boat trip.

Pretty epic for road trips despite the MPG. Surprised its actually delivering on the EPA estimate
Brakes are pathetic on most full size trucks / SUVs. As is the steering. But you're never driving them so does it matter? Maybe the brakes do.
So..... you like the BAE?

Man this thing needs more ground clearance, less wheel base.
Wrangayler is so much better as expected of course. But this thing has a lot of other nice attributes.

It was when we were newly moved to US, my uncle was visiting while my family was out of town. I used to drink lot of Coke, and my uncle told me that's diet coke, which i fell into his trick, took a nice long slurp until it tasted like beer and hated it lol.
