I'm not going to a competitor they're just fucking losers. The owner is one of those fake do gooders that was too scared to talk to me directly. Last year he told me, and this is a direct quote, "you're being what my kids would call extra. I only need you to be good enough, most welds get covered up anyways", when I stayed late to get some clarification on how he wants things to be so I could make sure every product comes out exactly the same. It was not a great place to work hence why I'm leaving but still a chicken shit move to go about this the way he did.
