If somebody has a legitimate right to call the police, its time to end the relationship. My ex popped me once, gave me a black eye. It was time to end the relationship 4 years before that. @52 I'm not even down with heated argument anymore. I have not had anything resembling this in the next phase of my life but I have zero compunction about doing a 180 and getting hotel room at a certain level of escalation. People in their first marriage think they have a right to have their feelings heard and wut about mah feelings etc. etc. but the long game is that you have a right to have your feelings hear politely and articulately. Also you need to look at marriage like a poker game. If you're an asshole, you have just moved a big stack of chips over to your wife. She gets to use those ships without complaint. It's only divorce time when somebody's chips have been completely taken from them and they are still getting treated like shit on the reg.

I just stfu because my feelings never matter. Way easier and no arguments.

Exactly. Work IS at home.

I mean I have worked at home for the last 18 months and the wife has been at home 80+% of the time for the last year.

Our stress has been around being in close quarters for extended periods of time (that’s mostly a me issue). I just don’t take my work stress to the wife. Work stays at work

Eating cauliflower rice for the first time. Coach pulled 50g of carbs from my diet, and I’m already so hungry during the day that I knew I needed something to help me feel full. Added to my beef/veggie meal (normally this would have half a cup of rice with it, but no rice today) and I honestly can’t taste it at all I’ll add about 1cup of this stuff to each day this week, split between my three meals that get rice in them.

It seemed ominous but we only wound up getting maybe five minutes of rain here yesterday.

It was nice, got a little family hike in and then went to the pool with my sisters family at their new country club.

This carb cut brings me down to around 2500.. don’t think I got this low for my last prep.
