I didn't choose them. If you buy four tires from Sears they have free installation, but I printed out the pricing from the website and brought that over to my dealership. They are most likely going to price match it, and I will get the tires installed at my dealership.

Come to think it ... Google might sell domains?
Damn VW is telling me the tire on their end has an "XL" in the model #, but the Sears one does not. I went on Continental's website and it's the same fuckin tire (at least what I can tell)! Can someone please confirm these are the same? I checked weight, 92Y, everything. Need to call them back.

I'd still suggest a very simple website. If you're going to buy the domain, you might as well. Wix.com is super easy and use friendly. You need no page building knowledge to get one up.
Google will connect your domain to say, Gmail. My emails are all in gmail but they are addresses to my domain. But I'm pretty sure the domain has to be purchased through godaddy, etc.

It's the same tire. Continental's and Tire Rack's websites both reference XL but I can't find it on Sear's site.nuggstein wrote: ↑Thu Mar 15, 2018 10:25 am Damn VW is telling me the tire on their end has an "XL" in the model #, but the Sears one does not. Thank you. I don't think continental makes a "different tire" for that model.wap wrote: ↑Thu Mar 15, 2018 11:04 amIt's the same tire. And, if worse comes to worst, do what said and have them put your spare on and drive yourself over to Sears and have them do it for a great price. I'm sure they'll do a decent job. It's not a difficult thing. There must be several Sears Auto stores in your area to choose from. Find the one with the best Yelp ratings and go there.

Extra $143 in my check today from that raise after taxes and other deductions. Need to take at look at the actual paystub after CFO passes them out later to see how I want to actually up my retirement contributions and cash savings. Living comfortably right now, so going to try to put pretty much all of that money away and keep spending at the same rate as I am now.

Oh yeah that's right. Loaner means nothing can be done, dealer pretty much has him by the balls on this one and he'll be forced to pay too much for tires. Shame he can't get the car back, take a half day, and get tires on his car for a reasonable price like the rest of the USA.

I think my pay increase shows up in the next paycheck. Not sure. Who knows when/if we get a bonus. Whatever.
