Looks like she's still got dat butt.. Leg's don't look bad either.

Michelle still has a bit to lose to get back to when we first met. She's been good about the gym, diet needs some work, and I think the big thing for her will be getting out of this job. Stress/cortisol is a complete fatloss killer.

Snowblower earned it's keep today. just down the road from me they got 3-4 but that extra couple hundred feet kicked me higher. This shit is heavy as cement

Thats a before shot actually. She ran 7 or 8 miles a day back then. Her butt was like a piece of granite.

She is tall and is not too far off that wieght but she can't run now without pissing herself so that's a problem. She's actually in physical therapy to help it.

She is by no means fat or overweight now, her ass just isn't so tight.

To be fair my body fat % isn't what it was either.

Explained it a few posts later. Wasn't chilling in the carpool lane. Traffic was extra bad, didn't want to be late to work, knew the carpool exit led to a more direct route to work and got me off the freeway a mile or so early, so took that and a cop was chilling at the bottom. Ended up losing more time than I thought I'd save, plus $541 on top of it. Stupid choice, expensive lesson.

To be fair my body fat % isn't what it was either.

My body fat is definitely going up a bit. Tough pill for me to swallow since I've always stayed lean, but I'm gaining more muscle and strength than I have in a long time, so I just have to accept that this is what it takes and trust that I'll be able to hold onto the muscle later when I shed the fat.

Major gas line out here is leaking. One freeway is completely shut down. God damn driving home is gonna be a bitch. I need to keep gym clothes in the so I can lift up here and wait out the traffic in instances like this.
