Corvette grand sport at 2:47 and call it a day. That's major buckage for the buckeroos, as always. But it won't drop any panties like a Porch.troyguitar wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2018 1:08 pm The factory chevy/ford drivers are also a lot fucking faster than the Car&Driver hacks:

Funny though all that tech all those millions/billions spent and it is barely faster than a car on leaf springs with pushrods.

Wow how the tables have turned.Hackett has said he intends to cut $14 billion in cost, invest $11 billion in electrified vehicles and cut models from the lineup that aren't selling well. One rumor is that Ford's Fusion midsize sedan may be on the chopping block in the U.S. though it may continue to sell in China.

Seems to me that Ford is just looking forward more than the others? There's no point in engineering and selling 36 different flavors of appliances when 90% of sales come from 3 models.

I'll pass on the ZR1 and look again with the ZR1 variant of the Mid-Engine car. The Z06 is fine, but I have been thinking about getting rid of it.... I'm sure that will pass when it warms up here though.Detroit wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2018 12:46 pmFollowed a Sebring Orange ZR1 home from work yesterday. $2800 windshields, doe.
Every aftermarket one I ever saw installed leaked.
And the body panels at the base of the glass/cowl/top of fender comes loose again.
But yeah, frame rot.
No glass company I ever worked with replaced it without replacing the four seals around the glass... around $600. Then would charge ~$300 labor.

Stretch pay and higher oil prices will mean more REPO's....POAD's not getting good news.

POAD = Poor’s on the road. Most likely on stretch pay in Kia etc.
Useage:
I didn’t see many POAD’s in Dubai.
Term developed- Walking in Hong Kong there were adverts for a company named POAD. Seemed a perfect fit for DFD. The use for DFD came to me instantly

The cost for it is comparable to an M car or possibly more than M sport if you were to look at expenses. Why not just do that?!Davestr wrote: ↑Fri Feb 02, 2018 2:40 pm https://jalopnik.com/the-2018-kia-sting ... 1822643041

That being said, I'd only buy a base 4-banger for $20k less.
