Got an appt. to take it in for service while we are out of town. Radiator was full, but the overflow tank was empty. No visible leaks and the oil looks good :iono:

Wife went to rent a truck, so we weren't in a shitbox Yaris... Out of trucks, so they gave us this instead. $320 for the rest of the week and the normal rate on this would have been $1100. :wtf:

Gigantor 3 row seating loaded with everything. Better than a Yaris.
Waxer San, you seem pretty white to be driving that vehicle.

hah. what's funny is my wife said it drives so fast and smooth that she was doing 75 in a 35 in town on the way home and didn't realize she was speeding.

blows my mind that people can drive them slow if that's what she first noticed.

I'd probably rather drive a Yaris :iono:

I'm assuming that shares things with the current Nissan Pathfinder, which we had as a rental. That car was awful.

I drove it a bit ago, Its actually not that bad for a Nissan. It's like the Armada and has a V8 that makes it move pretty good.

I'd never buy one, but I will drive it to Reno and back for the same price as a economy RAM 1500.

The Armada looks :notbad: , they should've just slapped an Infinity badge on that sucker.

The Armada and QX80 are pretty much the same these days....

The Armada does look better, doe.

Both really only exist for the middle east. Those things are crazy popular with oil sheiks. I was responsible for the print and digital collateral for the QX80 back in the day when it got redesigned, and pretty much everything was aimed toward that demographic. The size helps it sell in the US, but that volume is really just gravy for Nissan.

JKU getting detailed. Will have a 2+ step correction + Cquartz Finest Reserve applied.

Lots of disassembly and taping needed on jeeps and lots of 3" polisher and hand polishing needed due to size and shape of panels.

I am thinking about it next along with a small lift & level as well as bigger tires and wheels.

I really like the FF's. I have no love for the stock ramz and slight lift looks good. I think I'd look into some brake improvements if I did that though. Or maybe just period.

I'm trying to keep things under control since it's the wife's daily driver, but brakes would be nice... I am currently planning on the lift/level, fenders, wheels and tires and replacing the headlights with some new LED projectors.

Do the projectors bolt in ? And are they any good ?

Also what brakes are you planning ? What are the best options?
If I get a JKU, I'd like to do brakes/projectors and stereo (i'm shopping non alpines) and call it a day.
I hate modding but those things need to be addressed.

Teraflex seems like a good option, but anything more beefy for not that much more money?

Nobody complains about better brakes, man or woman.

This is the best OEM upgrade it seems. Even includes a bigger master cylinder. But man that's a lot of parts.
