Got my last load of gravel/river rock Saturday. Rear drainage is pretty much complete until I decide to expand it.
Total cost was about probably about $500.
About $200 for the 4" drain line and connections
3 trips for gravel between $65-90 a load
Metal railing I think was about $100.
Yay, done
Now that the drainage situation is pretty much solved in this area I can work on closing in the rear area for the "catio".

I don't understand anything anymore.
Big living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook, 2 bedrooms and a bath downstairs.
Upstairs is one big room and a half bath.
Is the upstairs the one with the green carpet and shit?
We have a regular rectangular shaped house but the back half of it is completely shotgun that goes the entire length of the house. The open space is nice, but the living room area is just a mantle where we have a tv and a couch and we're never in it.
Makes us rethink our space there.
Getting the one page of my escrow package that needs to be notarized done today, then mailing that all out. Appraisal is happening this week. Fingers crossed on that. As long as that comes in at or above my selling price, we should be all on track to close on 11/2. Buyer sounds like he has his loan all worked out already, so we could close even sooner. That'd be nice. If we could close before the end of the month I'd be pumped.

Yeah, upstairs is the one with the deep blue sea of carpet.
You should shag the old lady on the deep blue sea before removing.

Roofer s are coming back tomorrow morning for attempt #2 at installing AC. I will be there overseeing them.
Honestly, if the thing didn't weigh a ton, and if I was built like to I'd just install the damn thing myself. But I'll make sure they do it right tomorrow.

You could build yourself like it might take a few weeks though.

I'm old and small, bro. It would take forever and I really to be willing to put in that kind of time.
Plus, defective heart and all.
