The only reason people do anything is to look cool. If you don't take a million photovideos at everything you do, how else will people know how cool you are?

Every interview is a learning experience. Take what you can from them and move forward. The right position will come along.

Yum. I have some beef that's been chilling in my freezer. I'll probably cook that up with some taco seasoning and throw some refried beans on there too.

I'll probably buy everything for them tomorrow morning and make them for dinner tomorrow night. That'll give the beef plenty of time to defrost if I pull it out tonight.

I have the sigma 35mm f1.4 and shoot wide open with it most of the time. But I will stop down to 2.2-2.8 just to make sure most of my subject is in focus.SAWCE wrote:I've looked at grabbing a used 50mm 1.4D.. I have a bad habit of shooting wide open though and I know I'd want to with that 1.4 even though it'd be sharper stopped down a bit.CorvetteWaxer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 02, 2017 5:17 pm The 50mm 1.8D and later the 1.8G were staple lenses for me for years. Very affordable and outstanding image quality.

I have both Lightroom and Photoshop. I prefer photoshop because I have more options and control though. I did the 10 a month deal that gets you both software and continues updates on the newer versions when they are available.SAWCE wrote:Patrick, what photo editing software do you use? I have Lightroom, and much like my camera, I need to spend more time playing around in it.

About to go pull my smoothie out of the fridge. There's left over donuts from this morning, so I'll have one of those too.[user not found] wrote: ↑Fri Jun 02, 2017 7:49 pmFlipping fabulousSAWCE wrote:

I had a regular donut with chocolate on top and glaze on the bottom earlier, now I'm having a twist that's coated in cinnamon and sugar like a churro. Would have liked a glazed twist, but those were all gone.
