Juiced half the basil and cucumber and added other half raw. SG was 1.01, so fermentation was pretty much done.
next thursday I'll keg her up, cool, and carbonate for Saturday's beril.

but if i nailed it on the first try, I might make some bottles for the next round. In that case, might do some special deliveries.SAWCE wrote: ↑Thu Mar 16, 2017 6:11 pmMail me a bottle?Big Brain Bradley wrote: ↑Thu Mar 16, 2017 5:42 pm Just kegged the beer, letting it cool now. It'll be interesting to see if the aroma/flavor dissipates over time.....if you have it on tap long enough to find out.

2 strageties:
1. lots of people to try it and tell me their thoughts.
2. If it was not very good.... well it would still get mostly drank

Beer was a success! Almost drained the keg. lots of beer was drank.
I'm only going to change two things for this next go around.
1. I'm going to give it an extra week to clarify in a secondary fermenter.
2. I'm going to shove some more co2 in it. I did 30 psi @ 40 degrees this time, will bump that 5 psi or so. My regulator/gauge is a peice of shit.

I bottled about half of it. I got the amount of bottles to bucket beer volume PERFECT, without even trying. Should have went and bought a lotto ticket, missed opportunity.
Now i need to make a label.

I like how you are so pre-occupied and / or concerned with what I do with MY BEER.
