Nah. It was tooned but some issue with fuel. I constantly would get a low rail pressure CEL anytime I got on the gas and it built boost. P0087 iirc. Happened in stock mode and medium tuna mode. Only mod was dpf delete down pipe and a 4” exhaust with muffler.
Pressure relief valve, injector hp connectors, or pump pressure regulating valve. There was a pressure relief valve I was suspect of. Never cared to change it @$300. The CEL would self clear after a day or 2 of normal driving. But yeah anytime the truck tried to build and hold boost under load it would sporadically throw the code. Code seems real common. Most people shim or delete the relief valve.
Fuel filter was new. Other potential was lift pump in tank.
