Fwiw I don't really care if it actually offended anyone. You can be a dick without hurting someone's feelings. I've considered starting to put some lose advertising out on the board to attract more members as more people leads to more fun. But we actually have to be fun for noobs for that to come true.

The challenge we'll face with growth is the learning curve of the DFD language and that every other post is an inside joke of some sort. What makes DFD for us is likely alienating others.

I’m sure we’ll have a higher attrition level than most, but if we do have anyone stay then they’ve passed muster and all is well.
