Most that have had my baking in person have been privy to the 10 L B. Named not for its calories but for the weight of the baking dish upon finishing. Full Reese cups throughout the brownies with a chocolate and peanut butter ganache.

If I ever open a bakery, this will be the first recipe on the menu.

Also my most traveled recipe, they frequently cross state lines. Getting packed in my suitcase and bound for New Orleans to be hand delivered to our resident Baton Rouge crew this weekend.
