It's equally :jimp: in person. Perfect house, IMO. Houses are kind of like cars, usually only huge things are nice, small is almost always "cheap", the :melon: house is a great, easy to live with size, while still being super nice inside and having an epic garage.

Interesting.

Thomas has some ancient thermostat that will even work when the power is out :impressive: but it looks like a POS. Can use these fancy thermostats.

The AirBNB floor has it's own heat pump that can heat or cool in addition to a radiator powered by Thomas. I'm sure we get dinged for being "ancient". Maybe I should call it "hipster heat" or something.

As long as they can control it separately, that's pretty rad.
They can't control Thomas, but they can control the supplemental heat/AC. Which is fine because Thomas struggles to get a lot of heat up there.
