The essence of Italian car ownership, boiled down to 6 words.
mine burned about 1/2 qt oil in 3k miles. Just noticed today when I was looking over vac/boost lines chasing a CEL p2261 boost issue. I felt a narly hiccup in boost at low rpm while gently taking off. Kept doing it with the light on every 3rd or 4th take off, plus temp was 100+ degrees. Cleared codes, no obvious vac line issue. unplugged piggy back and havent had the issue today. some online shit say DV/valve issue during high heat.SixSpeeder wrote: ↑Fri Jun 16, 2017 6:21 pm So apparently my axleback has been leaking, probably was loose from the fucktory:

Finding older Alfa's in Turkey are just as rare as finding early 2000's range rovers here.

Hmm, is your DV stock? Might be the piggyback
Mine hiccups at around 5500 rpm sometimes, I should check the spark plug gaps.

DV Is stock. Didn't mess with that. Just a madness piggy back and their long intake that ties to the front scope.SixSpeeder wrote: ↑Sat Jun 17, 2017 8:42 pmMine is burning twice as much oil as yours.dubshow wrote: ↑Sat Jun 17, 2017 1:38 pm

Ran solid all Saturday and Sunday in stock mode with tune unplugged. I really think it just didn't like 100 degrees.
